The team will demonstrate wound packing and haemorrhage control techniques, and give an insight into what someone first on scene could do in a similar scenario.

Rescue at Height
In partnership with Lyon, JCB and Petzl
Hosted by Lyon Work & Rescue this session is ideal for anyone involved in rescues in challenging locations. The team will demonstrate and give an insight into the key rope techniques for extracting and moving casualties safely at height in a number of challenging scenarios, where anchors and obstacles make standard techniques unworkable.

Trauma & Extrication
in partnership with London Fire Brigade and UKRO
Delivered in partnership with UKRO, the goal of the extrication challenge, is allow teams to develop skills and practices that they can take back to each Fire and Rescue Service to enhance the techniques by operational crews on a day-to-day basis saving lives and reducing injuries on the UK’s Roads.
