The Blue Light Show is a two-day exhibition and conference dedicated to meeting the procurement and education needs of the emergency services community.

The free-to-attend event is specifically designed for the police, fire & rescue, ambulance, mountain rescue and coast guard services along with their procurement teams and support staff.

Taking place at Olympia London on 18-19th June 2025, the event brings together thousands of professionals from the emergency services community in one place to address the challenges they're facing now and in the future.

With over 100 exhibitors and a comprehensive conference programme covering policy, strategy and operational response, the event delivers networking, procurement and educational opportunities in the heart of the capital.

We were proud to recently host the first meeting of the Advisory Board for The Blue Light Show - welcoming key voices from across the emergency services community.

The key takeaways include focusing the event and content structure on interoperability and fostering collaborative discussions between the services, as well as incorporating sessions on lessons learned into the programme.
