Vanisha Mistry has worked in UK policing for 19 years as a senior member of police staff, specialising in digital communication, transformation and inclusive leadership. As Head of Digital Communications for Suffolk Constabulary since 2017, she has led initiatives that modernise engagement and ensure policing leverages technology to connect effectively with internal teams and diverse communities. Vanisha also serves as Chair of the National Women of Colour in Policing group, advocating for representation, equity, and inclusion across the service. Passionate about innovation and cultural change, she champions progressive leadership to shape future-ready policing that reflects and serves all communities.
