Sandra Treacher
Sandra Treacher is Head of Clinical Operations for Hertfordshire and West Essex, at the East of England Ambulance Service NHS Trust (EEAST). She also serves as an on-call Strategic Commander, providing senior leadership during complex operations and major incidents in line with JESIP principles.
Sandra has over 23 years’ experience in the health service, including 17 years as a registered paramedic. She was previously of Head of Emergency Operations Centres at EEAST. She is a strong advocate for multi-agency collaboration, supporting the ‘Swapping Hats’ initiative which enables colleagues across Hertfordshire’s ambulance, police and fire services to observe each other’s work and share learning and best practice.
Sandra holds a Level 7 Senior Leader Apprenticeship and has completed an Executive MBA and continues to practice operationally as a Paramedic. She is widely recognised for her calm, compassionate leadership, strategic focus and commitment to improving outcomes through effective multi agency working.
