Assistant Director ? Engagement and Marketing, NHS Collaborative Procurement Hub Rhiannon Sarginson is a senior NHS leader with a career that spans health, social care, emergency services, and the voluntary sector. She has worked in both operational and strategic roles, including as an NHS mental health commissioner and as an operational director with responsibility for social care. This mix of experience gives her a practical understanding of how frontline teams work and how the wider system needs to join up around them. Rhiannon is known for bringing clarity to complex environments and helping organisations turn insight into meaningful action. She has led programmes focused on mapping and improving health and care pathways, strengthening partnerships, and building more resilient, collaborative services. At the NHS Collaborative Procurement Hub, she leads engagement and partnership development, working with regional and national bodies to support better value, innovation, and system improvement. On the Blue Light Show Advisory Board, she brings a cross sector perspective and a commitment to supporting more connected and responsive services for the communities that emergency and blue-light teams serve.
