Paul is a Chartered Security Professional and the Founder and CEO of the AVR Group. Throughout his career, Paul has worked closely with emergency services, including leading the design and development of temporary security systems used by police services to protect vulnerable people, particularly those at risk of domestic abuse. He also led the creation of systems including Automated Alarm Transfer (ECHO) and Multi-Agency Incident Transfer (MAIT) platforms, helping transform how agencies communicate and manage incidents together.
