A qualified National Interagency Liaison Officer (NILO) and Communications Tactical Advisor, he has played a key part in managing complex incidents and multi-agency coordination.
Currently serving as a Station Commander at a busy two-pump and aerial ladder platform (ALP) station in Watford, Paul leads from the front, ensuring high standards of operational readiness, safety, and team performance in a demanding environment."
