Senior Manager, Leapwise

Tanvi Bhatkal is a Senior Manager at Leapwise and leads its People and Culture practice, specialising in workforce and organisational strategy, leadership and change across policing and justice. She brings over 13 years of experience at the intersection of strategy and mixed-methods research, helping public sector organisations address complex system challenges and improve service delivery. She has led major programmes across UK policing, including with Oscar Kilo to design the National Police Workforce and Wellbeing Survey, helping to surface the organisational drivers of stress, fatigue and wellbeing alongside frontline experiences.

Prior to Leapwise, Tanvi worked in international development research and consultancy, advising governments on policy and programme design. She holds a PhD from the University of Cambridge and an MSc from the University of Oxford.
