Charli Watkins
Charli has worked in the pre-hospital care setting for over two decades, with operational experience gained within a number of different ambulance services. She has held roles in both HART and HEMS, and uses these experiences to inform her teaching for a range of settings, including higher education & specialist paramedic training roles. She is passionate about helping develop clinicians to optimise their future patient care, wherever their patients may be encountered.
She has spent the last 18 months as a core member of the ECU tutor team, leading on the unit’s CBRN training module, and is a qualified instructor in a number of CBRN PPE ensembles. She has specialist interests in delivering effective clinical education, and creating bespoke, realistic and safe simulated practice experiences, designed to prepare learners for the real-world challenges they may encounter.
