Billie Heafield

Head of Category, Aviation, Sustainability and Social Value, Blue Light Commercial

Billie is an accomplished procurement and commercial professional with over 15 years’ experience across both public and private sectors. Her career spans a wide range of categories, including at South Yorkshire Police.

More recently, Billie was part of the BlueLight Commercial team that supported National Police Air Service, to successfully deliver the Fleet Replacement Programme. This programme will introduce seven new state-of-the-art aircraft to replace ageing assets and enhance operational capability nationwide.

In addition to her aviation portfolio, Billie is actively involved in driving sustainability and social value across policing. She supports the NPCC National Sustainability Programme, contributing to the development of the National Sustainability Strategy for Policing, and works to embed social value principles across BlueLight Commercial and police forces.
