Alexander Fehrmann
Alexander joined Amped Software in June 2024 as a Trainer and Technical Support Specialist.
Alexander's journey in forensic media technology began with his role at the Forensic Commissariat of the
Salzgitter Police Inspectorate, where he was actively involved in crime scene investigation and document
examination. During this period, he also became an active member of expert groups focused on quality
standards in forensic photography.
In 2009, Alexander embarked on a two-and-a-half-year training course to become a professional
photographer. After completing his training, he worked as a freelance photographer for several years in
advertising photography and event photography. In 2017, he completed forensic training for crime scene
work with the police.
Since August 2021, Alexander has been a part of the Lower Saxony State Criminal Police Office. In this
capacity, he specialized in forensic photography, multispectral and hyperspectral imaging, 3D imaging,
and video forensics. As the lead trainer at the Lower Saxony Police Academy, he excelled in planning and
conducting workshops on advanced forensic techniques
