Adam Hopper is a leading figure in National Health Service (NHS) violence prevention, with 19 years of experience in the NHS, including ten years in risk management and seven years specialising in violence and aggression. From 2022 - 2026, he has served as the National Lead for Violence Prevention and Reduction (VPR) with the Association of Ambulance Chief Executives (AACE). Adam has worked alongside healthcare industry leaders, including NHS England, as an instrumental part of the team responsible for reviewing and updating the latest version of the VPR Standard, professionalising healthcare VPR and leading systemic and progressive change for VPR in the ambulance sector and within the wider NHS. In 2025 Adam started working with CPI as Director of Acute Healthcare, Paramedic and Blue Light Services augmenting evidence based delivery of education and training.
