Dr Aaron Peter Page is a recognised leader at the intersection of AI, Public Safety, and Critical Communications. He is the creator of an AI Readiness Governance Model for Public Safety, (LCO: Legitimacy, Capability, Operability), a framework (in final development & supported by BAPCO) that will help organisations deliver trusted, scalable AI in high-stakes environments from foundational readiness.

Aaron plays a central role across the sector, serving on the BAPCO Advisory Board, leading the Rising Stars Initiative (TCCA), a Judge at the International Critical Communication Awards (ICCAs) and chair of the AI + Cyber Task Force for CCBG (a TCCA working group). He works closely with public safety within the UK, ensuring organisations have the necessary mission critical radio technology to support their front-line teams across procurement, service management, auditing, fleet manager and wider strategy and data analytics.

His contributions have been widely recognised, including being named TCCA Young Engineer of the Year (2023) and a recipient of the BAPCO Ian Thompson Award (2025).
