The Operations/Departmental Manager Level 5 Apprenticeship is designed for individuals responsible for managing teams, projects and departmental objectives that contribute to organisational strategy. Apprentices develop the leadership, operational and management skills needed to drive performance and deliver results.

Duration: 18–24 months

Level: Equivalent to a Foundation Degree

Key Responsibilities: Creating and delivering operational plans, managing projects, leading teams, managing change, overseeing finances and resources, and supporting talent development through coaching and mentoring.

Suitable for: Operations Managers, Regional Managers, Divisional Managers, Department Managers and Specialist Managers across a range of sectors, including facilities management, security, retail, construction, aviation, education and government.
