Level 4 Facilities Management
The Facilities Manager Level 4 Apprenticeship is designed for individuals responsible for managing the safe, secure and efficient operation of properties, assets and services. Facilities Managers oversee the delivery of FM services, ensuring compliance, performance and customer satisfaction while managing budgets and resources.
Duration: 18–24 months
Suitable for: Facilities Managers, FM Operations Managers, Estates Managers and FM Contract Managers.
Key Responsibilities: Managing property and assets, overseeing service delivery, ensuring compliance and business continuity, monitoring performance against KPIs, managing change, developing stakeholder relationships, leading teams, and managing budgets, procurement and resources.
Progression: Operations/Departmental Manager Level 5 Apprenticeship.
