Level 4 Award in Protective Security Adviser

Mercury Training Stand: AT-T46
Mercury Training's Level 4 Award in Protective Security Adviser is one of the most credible qualifications available in the protective security sector. Developed in collaboration with the Protective Security Centre (Home Office) and endorsed by all three of the government's National Technical Authorities, including the National Protective Security Authority (NPSA), UK National Authority for Counter Eavesdropping (NACE) and the National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC), it carries a level of authority that sets it apart from other security qualifications.

The programme builds the baseline knowledge and skills required to carry out the role of a protective security adviser. It equips delegates with the competencies to understand how the various protective security disciplines work together to form the foundations of security convergence, and explores how threat actors use a converged approach to target organisations. Learners will also gain an understanding of how to protect organisational assets through robust, converged security mitigations that give senior leaders a single, coherent view of protective security risk.

Open remote cohorts are available in October, November and January, with closed cohorts at employer sites available on request.
