Level 3 Facilities Management Supervisor

The Facilities Management Supervisor Level 3 Apprenticeship is designed for individuals responsible for coordinating and supervising facilities management services. Apprentices develop the knowledge and skills to support operational delivery, manage teams, maintain compliance and contribute to organisational objectives across a range of workplace environments. 

Duration: 15–18 months

Level: Equivalent to 2 A Levels

Suitable for: Facilities Management Supervisors, Facilities Management Coordinators, Facilities Management Administrators, Facilities Managers and Soft Services Managers. 

Key Responsibilities: Supporting hard and soft FM services, managing health and safety compliance, conducting and reviewing risk assessments, leading team performance, managing customer relationships, monitoring budgets, maintaining building compliance standards and driving continuous improvement. 

Progression: Facilities Manager roles, senior operational management positions, or higher-level management and leadership qualifications
