Mercury Training's Level 3 Award in Counter Terrorism, Protective Security and Preparedness is designed for those who need to understand and respond to the growing demands of counter-terrorism in the workplace, particularly in light of the Terrorism (Protection of Premises) Act 2025, commonly known as Martyn's Law.

The programme is suitable for anyone with responsibility for a venue, site or organisation, and covers the attack methodologies used by terrorists, how to carry out CT threat assessments, how to develop preparedness plans in line with national good practice, and where to find support from protective security specialists.

Open cohorts are available across four locations: London on 21st September, Liverpool on 22nd June, Manchester on 12th October, and Glasgow on 9th November. Closed cohorts at employer sites can also be arranged on request.
