Level 3 — Award in Facilities Management — £1,100 +VAT For first-line managers, supervisors and administrative staff, or those new to FM. Covers the fundamentals: FM functions and operations, day-to-day task management, team supervision and an introduction to FM strategy.

Level 4 — Award in Facilities Management — £1,200 +VAT For professionals at operational management level, running day-to-day FM operations in-house or outsourced. Covers complex problem solving, operational team management, in-house and outsourced FM, and FM strategy and planning.

Level 5 — Award in Facilities Management — £1,300 +VAT For specialist FM professionals and those at middle or senior management level. Covers major FM projects, specialised complex functions, senior operational responsibility and capital project planning.

Level 6 — Award in Facilities Management — £1,400 +VAT For senior FM professionals leading planning and strategy. Covers strategic governance and risk, FM financial performance, sustainability strategy, and senior procurement and contracts.
