Conference Agenda

Recognition and celebration of innovation and success, as both individuals and as team members, is an important ingredient for galvanising a professional community spirit. Former British APCO Chief Executive, Ian Thompson, who passed away in 2020, was a great advocate for education and developing young talent within the public safety industry. During Ian’s tenure, it was often discussed how to support the development of these individuals – and the Bursary awarded annually in his name does just that. This panel session will hear the thoughts of several Bursary winners as they look to the future of our industry and how they see it shaping up.
