In this session Andy will reflect on the compelling evidence from research into emergency services mental health & wellbeing which highlights the importance of addressing organisational issues which cause stress, anxiety and fatigue. The speakers will bring their experiences to challenge the idea it is exclusively the nature of emergency services work that is causing the problem recognising there are controllable factors such as uniform, technology, fairness, culture, workload, resource, software, leadership support etc.
