Conference Agenda

This session explores how communities build resilience through collaboration between local communities, blue light services, and interagency partners. Through real-world examples—including resilience committees formed after flood emergencies, the Blood Kit Community Collaboration Project, and innovative interagency collaborative procurement models—the panel will demonstrate how partnership working delivers measurable impact. Delegates will see how grassroots action, local leadership, and coordinated collaboration between emergency services, public agencies, voluntary organisations, and community groups can create practical, scalable solutions that save lives and strengthen preparedness. Digital Blueprints from the projects will be made available online, and the session will conclude with an open discussion on how these community-led and interagency models can be expanded and implemented nationally.
